Duromine: Day 5

Woke up late this morning, I over slept ! Took my duromine & garbaslim as per normal. Took a small breakfast of cereals & coffee & went to work. I didn't have lunch today, not hungry. And guess what , no headache either.

Afternoon during tea break I ate a muffin, half way I stopped. No appetite & not hungry. My male colleagues reminded me not to starve myself to death, weird !

Faith (the friend/colleague I passed my 3 , 15 mg panbesy to) , cornered me at the pantry. I was thinking what's happening, she was looking so sneaky. Told me in hush tones that she needed more of the panbesy as it's working ...lol.. I was thinking , why so secretive? Anyway told her she needs to go to my doc herself. Gave her Dr Keith's contact. She ask me to go with her. I go huh???? But why? She's nervous & shy & didn't know what to tell the doc. Goodness! Hmmm.... another colleague Jess had join us by now & eagerly joined in the conversation. Me taking this duromine for weight loss is an open secret now in the office. I had not planned for it this way, but .... Anyway Jess readily volunteer to go with Faith after work to get the panbesy! That's great !

After work, both of them go straight to Dr Keith's clinic & I go home. Mum had cook my favorite fish head noodles for me. I ate it even though I wasn't hungry since I had nothing much the whole day. I feel good after the food.

Oh...  I bought some isotonic drinks today. These isotonic drinks quench thirst & provide energy to the body. Just the perfect thing to drink at my present state. I forgot all about it, until now !
