Duromine: Day 13 , I've lost 4kg after 2 weeks :)

I weigh myself once I woke up this Christmas Eve morning.
After taking Duromine for 2 weeks, I have lost 4 kg !!!! It's exactly 1 dress size ! I'm just too excited. Yes I'm ready for my Christmas gathering.

I felt a little hungry this morning so I ate some noodles. Went back to bed as I wanted to rest more  before the gathering. I'll look better with more sleep. Hmmm.... no such luck , too excited to sleep, so I just lazy around. Wasn't hungry , so no lunch.

Took a small snack before going out. These couple of days sometimes I do get a little hungry but it's not like before. The "hungry spans" now is very minor. It'll stop just with a cup of milo. I like that a lot. I'm losing weight fast because I'm not eating so much like before.

The Christmas gathering was kinda fun. I've not seen many of my friends for so long. Especially the boy that I've liked during my school days. I've not seen him since I left school. For the past 4 years he has been based in Dubai. And there he was as I entered the restaurant, handsome as ever but more mature. We quickly say hi ( no hugs) & started to catch up with each other. He's attached now, but of course, & introduced me to his new fiancee. My heart was beating very fast & it quickly kinda sank just as fast as I shook her hands. Well that's life, at least I looked good after losing all the weight.

Then Bess came & when she saw me, she went blizzard . "Gosh... how you lost all that weight! How ???? What did you do ? ....." Goodness now everyone knows I've been fat.... thank you ! Very embarrassing !

Everyone looked at me expectedly .... so I've got to relate my whole Duromine & garbaslim experience. The rest of the evening was very nice. It's great to see everyone & find out what they are doing. I've missed them, they reminded me of my wonderful school days. Guess what? I'm the new weight loss authority amongst them now ...lol... I began advising everyone what to eat & what not to eat. Some even ask for my doctor's contact. Well if you are interested here it is.
