Duromine & Garbaslim : after a month

It has been more than 2 weeks since I last updated. Sorry. Was kinda busy. Also I've gotten used to the rhythm, the daily duroimne & garbaslim. Nothing much to report as by now most of the side effects have gone. Only the suppressed desired to eat still remains -well mostly.

I should clarify on that. I do feel hungry now, but it's not the kind of hungry that'll drive one to eat insanely. I kinda don't think about food so much like before. It's seriously helping. When you don't think about food, you would not deliberately plan to eat anything special. And if you don't take the trouble to go somewhere special, you kinda just eat whatever is convenient & you just naturally eat less of that, since it's not your favorite food.

Like yesterday I had dinner appointment with a friend, have not met her for ages. She ask me where I wanted to go. Normally I'll start thinking & within a couple of seconds, I would have a small list of my favorite places. Yesterday I just go "Lets just go where you like to go." She decided on a Japanese Ramen place, not my favorite, but I don't care, I'm not hungry & not eating much anywhere. We went & I didn't even finish the food, but we still had a good time , catching up. So in short, it's really working.

I learn not to focus on food anymore. Not to think of those delicious cuisine. I'm about to stop my duromine. It's been more than a month now. I've lost more than 4 kg. I look really trim & fit now. My friend whom I've not seen for a long time commented on how great I look, like back in our school days. Made me so happy.

I think I can make it even without the duromine now. But to be safe, I'm continuing with the fat burner garbaslim. Garbaslim is supplement plus effective fat burner so it's good. By the way, I went back to Dr Keith to get another month of Duromine (just in case ....haha...)  & more garbaslim. Didn't have to pay for consultation this time, nice right ?

    1. Hi welcome to my blog:)
For my first visit I had:
      1) 3 tabs of (15mg) panbesy (for 3 days to start the program. This is a lower dose)
      2) 1 month supply of (30mg)duromine. (Total panbesy & duromine =$64-)
      3) fat burner Garbaslim. (1month supply is $60-, I actually bought 3 months of this as I heard it's good)
      4) Vitamin D jab ($400-, this is effective for people who find it difficult to lose weight, no matter what they do. For most normal people I don't think this is necessary. )

    1. Have some patience. Please don't keep checking the weight, it'll stress the whole body up! Instead eat healthy & stay active. I recommend yoga.
      It's really good.
      Cheers!!!

  7. Have you drink Jardiance as what the doctor given to me and is this safe to drink in a long time? Need to understand this medicine. I have no high blood record .. what is this all about?
What is Vitamin D ? Is it only can buy at clinic ? Or can drink any Vitamin D !?

    1. Seriously you should just google for this info!

Anyways Jardiance is a pill not a drink. Of course it's safe, it has to be prescribed by doctors. If you google it, you get this :(Jardiance is an oral diabetes medicine that helps control blood sugar levels. It works by helping the kidneys get rid of glucose from your bloodstream.) Therefore it can be used for weight loss.

Vitamin D is what you get from the sun, good for skin & boost metabolism. Naturally you don't want to stand in the sun for long hours, so many people take Vit D supplements. However supplements might not be so effective due to essence being lost during digestion. So the Vit D jab is the best as it goes direct into your system.
      Hope this helps ....

  8. Hi Liz, by the way, did Dr Keith also mentioned to you not to take fruits, oats and cereals? And cut down on sugary drinks? Was too nervous and kind of forgot his rules..
By the way, congrats on your weight loss!

    1. Dont remember about oats & cereals but yes definitely he did said not to eat fruits. That actually is the same thing my friends told me. They were saying if you want fresh food take a salad, why eat fruits which are loaded with sweetness & sugar! Makes so much sense ...haha... If you want to lose weight, you really shouldn't take so much fruits.

As for sugary drinks, cutting down on them is pretty obvious. Sigh... however I find that hard as I'm like a die-hard fan of bubble tea ...lol... Still, have managed to cut down to one cup a day as for now (that's from at least 2-3 cups per day !!!)

  9. But he did also mentioned to keep eating, and don't starve. And also only 100plus, no water. Just felt a little strange that he asked not to drink water, just couple of sips

    1. Obviously you need to eat right, just for energy to go about the daily work etc... Just don't over do it. And try not to eat too much of those snacks. Quite standard for health & weight loss.

I think we shouldn't take what he said too literally. He's saying these to all of us, so it's kinda general. For a lot of people like myself, who drink water like a fish "before"- thinking it's good for me, this advice is timely. I need to stop what I was doing. Now I drink less water & I dont look so bloated anymore. Even my legs look slimmer.

In other words, drink your water if you want too. Just observe how you look. If you look bloated, then stop it. Rule of the thumb, drink only when you are thirsty. For people who don't have an active lifestyle, best not to drink so much. My 2 cents:))
